Following a post (Click here to read post) by Aprokoulssa yesterday after the Elected ULSSA WELFARE SECRETARY, Miss. Yemisi (Lemons) resigned due to petition written again her, an unknown user (guessed to be a student) appealed to the Unilag DEAN OF STUDENT AFFAIRS to help review some Electoral Rules and Regulations.
The incident which he/she described 'disheartening' has however dealt a blow on ULSSA as the winner was obviously the students' choice with her wide range winning of 500+ votes to 200+ votes.
Read full comment: "This is very disheartening. One should not lose his/her mandate because he/she has matriculated in another institution before coming to Unilag. I am appealing to the DSA to review this part of the Electoral guideline before subsequent elections".
DO YOU SUPPORT THAT THE DSA REVIEW THIS PART OF THE ELECTORAL GUIDELINE OR NOT? (leave a comment).
